About This Opportunity

A family medicine physician is needed in the next 2 to 5 years to join a physician clinic that is growing due to increasing patient volume. The healthcare system consists of a clinic with 5 family physicians (6 effective November 2015), 1 general surgeon, 1 OB/GYN, 1 physiatrist, 7 Advance Practice Practitioners (APPs) (emergency room & primary care), and 35 consulting physicians from various specialties. The critical access hospital is newly constructed with a physician clinic that is completely renovated and now co-located with the hospital. The emergency department is staff by APPs with primary care physicians as on-call back up.

Benefits to include loan repayment, relocation coverage, CME allowance, stipend program, 6 weeks PTO (includes CME time off), KPERS retirement, optional tax deferred annuity, health/dental/prescription benefits, life insurance, short term and long term disability, malpractice insurance, ER back up call compensation, administrative duties compensation, and quality performance bonus.

This is an employed position. Salary is computed based on MGMA WRVU workload and rate data. Initial 2 years salary guarantee and production bonus is offered.
