<p><u>About This Opportunity</u></p>


<p>A family medicine physician is needed in the next 2 to 5 years to join a physician clinic that is growing due to increasing patient volume. The healthcare system consists of a clinic with 5 family physicians (6 effective November 2015), 1 general surgeon, 1 OB/GYN, 1 physiatrist, 7 Advance Practice Practitioners (APPs) (emergency room & primary care), and 35 consulting physicians from various specialties. The critical access hospital is newly constructed with a physician clinic that is completely renovated and now co-located with the hospital. The emergency department is staff by APPs with primary care physicians as on-call back up.</p>

<p>Benefits to include loan repayment, relocation coverage, CME allowance, stipend program, 6 weeks PTO (includes CME time off), KPERS retirement, optional tax deferred annuity, health/dental/prescription benefits, life insurance, short term and long term disability, malpractice insurance, ER back up call compensation, administrative duties compensation, and quality performance bonus. </p>

<p>This is an employed position.  Salary is computed based on MGMA WRVU workload and rate data.  Initial 2 years salary guarantee and production bonus is offered.</p>
